Presentation: Enrique Pérez-Luño Robledo
Speaker: Alejandra Trillo Peña
Studying the relationship between the positive meaning of work, technostress, and emotional exhaustion is essential to understanding how digitalization is redefining psychosocial risks in teaching. In a context where technology is essential, but adapting to it can generate overload and stress, identifying the mechanisms that protect or exacerbate emotional well-being is key to designing strategies to prevent burnout. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view, showing that the impact of technology is not uniform and that its effect on occupational health depends on individual and organizational factors that must be proactively managed.
