The importance of this presentation lies in the increasing number of cases in which companies are experiencing a greater percentage of declines in their employees\u2019 productivity and efficiency, as well as rising costs caused by these employees\u2019 sick leave.
It is essential for companies to become aware that the health of their employees not only involves a healthy physical condition but also a healthy psychological condition, and that adequate psychosocial conditions also contribute to the overall health of the company, including its economic health.
Using the tools offered by the LPRL as an instrument to minimize psychosocial risks as much as possible.

Studying the relationship between the positive meaning of work, technostress, and emotional exhaustion is essential to understanding how digitalization is redefining psychosocial risks in teaching. In a context where technology is essential, but adapting to it can generate overload and stress, identifying the mechanisms that protect or exacerbate emotional well-being is key to designing strategies to prevent burnout. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view, showing that the impact of technology is not uniform and that its effect on occupational health depends on individual and organizational factors that must be proactively managed.<\/p>\n\n
